Tracking Availability

Tracking information becomes available once your order has been shipped.

Once the shipment is created, you will receive an email confirmation from our supplier containing the relevant shipping information, including your tracking number.

Processing Period

Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Tracking information may not be available during this processing period.

Tracking Updates

After receiving your tracking number, it may take a few days for the shipping carrier to begin displaying movement or updated tracking information.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or at different times. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
